Manila Mayor Isko Moreno signed Ordinance No. 9118 at the Manila City Hall on Tuesday, allowing residents to avail general tax amnesty.

The ordinance waives penalties, surcharges, and interest on unpaid city taxes, fees, and regulatory charges until December 31, 2025.  (Photos by Edd Gumban/The Philippine STAR)
